Production Manager and Tour Manager
They run the tour. They edit everything, and they are the only two roles that can edit settlement. Management can view settlement but cannot change it.
PA / Coordinator (PA/PC)
Edit the advance, the schedule, venue information, guest lists and riders. A PA/PC cannot open Settle. Club includes 2. Larger plans include 4.
Department heads, security, team and vendors
They mostly view the tour. Each can add to their own area, such as guest requests or a department rider.
Who can edit a tour?
The Production Manager, the Tour Manager and your PA/PC seats. Every tour needs at least one PM or TM, and one person can hold either role. Club has 3 to 4 editors: a PM and/or TM plus 2 PA/PC. Theater / Casino, Arena and Stadium / Festival have 5 to 6: a PM and/or TM plus 4 PA/PC. Extra PA/PC seats are $19 a month each.
Who can settle a show?
Only the Production Manager and the Tour Manager. Management can view settlement. Nobody else can open or change it.
What counts as an active tour?
A tour you have not archived. Archive a tour when it is over and it stops counting. Your data stays, and you can unarchive it. Individual and Stadium / Festival allow 15 active tours.
What does "unlimited users" mean?
Every person who opens a tour uses server time, so each plan is sized to that. On Stadium / Festival, unlimited means as many people as your production really needs. If your use is far beyond that, we talk to you first and work it out together. If we ever ask you to move to a different plan, you get 30 days' written notice, and we do not shut you off mid-tour. Is there a free trial?
No. TourNex is paid from day one. If you are ready to advance a real show, you start on a plan.
What does annual billing save?
Two months free at every paid plan. You pay for 10 months and get 12.
What is a PA/PC seat?
A production assistant or coordinator seat. Club includes 2. Larger plans include 4. More seats are $19 a month each, with no ceiling.
Do venues pay?
No. Venue access is free. Venues apply and the TourNex team approves them by hand.
How many devices can one account use?
One computer and one phone at a time. A new login on either one signs out the old one. PMs and TMs can see active sessions and sign out any user on their tour.
Where is TourNex sold?
In the United States and Canada for now.
What if I need a refund?
If your subscription ends, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for, calculated by the day and paid within 30 days. No refund is owed when TourNex ends the agreement because of a breach by the customer. The full wording is in the Terms of Service.
