TourNex Crew User Terms
Live Event Production Services, LLC d/b/a TourNex
Version v1.0. Effective August 9, 2026
1. What TourNex is
TourNex is production management software operated by Live Event Production Services, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company doing business as TourNex. A production company subscribes to it and invites you onto their tour.
2. Your account
Your login is yours. Do not share it or your password. Tell the production manager or write to hello@tournex.live if you think someone else has access to it.
3. What you can do here
Use TourNex to do your job on the tours you have been invited to. What you can see and change depends on the role your production manager gave you.
4. What you must not do
- Share your login, or let anyone else use your access
- Try to reach tours, shows, or information you have not been given access to
- Copy, export or pass on tour information to anyone outside the tour — deal terms, settlements, guest lists, schedules, contact details, plots and riders are the production company's confidential business
- Post screenshots of tour content publicly
- Attempt to get around access controls, or reverse engineer the software
Tour information is confidential. This is the same expectation that already applies to you on the tour; TourNex does not change it, and does not create a right to take data with you when you leave.
5. Your personal details
Your production manager holds your crew card — name, contact details, emergency contact, and whatever else the tour needs. That information belongs to the production company, not to TourNex. If you want it corrected or removed, ask your production manager; they can do it immediately. You can also write to us and we will pass the request on and tell you we have.
You can edit some of your own details yourself from your profile, and those changes follow you across every tour you are on.
How we handle personal information is set out in the TourNex Privacy Policy.
6. Things TourNex tells you that you should still check
TourNex produces routes, clearance warnings, evacuation plans, call times and schedules. They are planning aids, not instructions to follow blindly.
If you are driving, posted signage and the instructions of local authorities always govern — check clearances and weight limits yourself, whatever the sheet or the QR code shows. If something in TourNex looks wrong, it might be. Say so.
7. Availability
We try to keep TourNex running and correct, but it is provided as is. We cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable to you for loss arising from using it or not being able to.
8. Losing access
The production company controls your access to their tour and can remove it at any time — when you come off the tour, for instance. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
Your TourNex account and any other tours you are on are not affected when one tour removes you.
9. Changes
If we change these terms materially we will tell you and ask you to accept the new version.
10. Law
Tennessee law governs these terms. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, seated in Nashville, Tennessee.
